Once voting opens, here's exactly what to expect — from looking yourself up to casting your ballot.
1 Look Yourself Up
Go to the homepage and look yourself up the same way you did to verify — with your Staff No. or phone number. If voting is currently open, you'll see a Vote Now banner.

2 Enter Your Voting Code
You'll be asked for the 6-digit voting code sent to you by SMS by the election committee. Enter it exactly as received.

Didn't get a code, or lost it? Contact the election committee — don't share your code with anyone else.
3 Cast Your Ballot
Select one candidate per position. You can leave a position blank if you'd rather not vote in it — that's counted as abstaining, not skipped entirely.

Your ballot is anonymous — no one, including the election committee, can see how you voted.

Double-check your selections — once submitted, your code is used up and you cannot vote again or change your answer.
4 Done
You'll see a confirmation once your vote is recorded. Notice it never shows you a recap of what you selected — that's deliberate, so nobody can pressure you to prove how you voted.

Your vote has been recorded securely and anonymously. It cannot be traced back to you, and no one — including the election committee — can see how you voted.
