How to Verify Your Information
A quick walkthrough of the three steps — it only takes a minute, and you'll only need to do it once.
1 Look Yourself Up
On the homepage, enter your Staff No. If you don't have one yet, use your phone number instead — you'll be able to add your Staff No. as part of verifying.
Verify Your Voter Details
Enter your Staff No. (or phone number, if you don't have a Staff No.) to review the information we have on file for you and confirm it, or request a correction.
Tap Continue once you've entered your Staff No. or phone number.
2 Review & Correct Your Details
Every field we have on file for you is shown. Anything correct needs no action. If something is wrong, tick "This is incorrect" next to that field and type the correct value — the election committee will review your requested changes.
Review & Verify Your Details
Only tick the fields that are actually wrong — everything else stays exactly as it is on file. Once you submit, this is final unless the election committee resets your record.
3 Check Your Status
After submitting, you'll land on your status page. If you had no corrections, you're verified immediately. If you requested changes, the committee reviews them and you'll see the outcome here — you can return to this page any time with your Staff No. or phone number.
